Rowland Wood
Director & Lead ISO Consultant, Goldenpath Process Management
Welcome — and thanks for taking the time to learn more about us. I'm Rowland Wood, the Director of Goldenpath Process Management, and I set this business up with a single purpose: to be the partner I wish I'd had when I was navigating ISO compliance myself.
With many years of hands-on experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 — covering system administration, maintenance, and internal auditing — I've worked across a wide range of industries, helping businesses turn ambitious plans into well-managed, certified realities.
Over my career I've held senior leadership positions including C-suite and director roles, and in sales and marketing management. I hold diplomas in Leadership & Management and Business Management. I've earned a lot of my insight the hard way — through real challenges — and I bring every bit of that experience into each client partnership.
Outside of work, I'm a committed Christian whose faith shapes both my personal and professional values. I also lead a networking team for the Rapid Relief Team, an organisation that brings practical support to people in crisis, often alongside emergency services. And in my downtime, I enjoy keeping fit and tinkering with my growing collection of classic cars — some might say too many!
