Research, Assess, Identify

Some businesses will already have chosen the system they want to run with, but others may be uncertain what is available. We will pick up here and gain an understanding of exactly what your objective is. We’ll carry out research based on those objectives and identify those systems that align. We will present them to the board of directors or business owners for a decision.

Develop, Plan, Execute

In this phase we build a milestone plan with timeline which we’ll agree before the work begins. Communication channels with regular reporting and accountability will be set up. We will act as the single point of contact between you and the advisors or suppliers and will report progress at regular steering meetings. GPM will scrutinize the Terms and Conditions of the contract prior to review by your lawyer if required.We are in it with you to achieve success.

Implement, Deliver, Review

Here the implementation begins. We endeavour to minimize distraction and down-time for your staff by channelling all the communications from the outside parties and actioning the stages. This may involve some basic secretarial work from your side, but we are here to assist, guide and help at every point. The main objective here is to save the valuable time that management, salespeople or marketers etc would otherwise be used. You are best carrying on with your key competencies – but secure in the knowledge we’ll do the rest and always act in your best interests.
